The ultra-light two-seater Trail kit is available in ARF kit configuration, i.e. Almost Ready To Fly.
In this case, the aircraft will be delivered in an advanced state of construction in its mechanical parts, but to be customised in terms of engine, avionics, paintwork and accessories.
The aircraft will already be assembled in the following parts:
- The complete fuselage, as follows: anti-corrosion treatment already applied, thermoformed glass, corrugated pipes for the electrical system, flight controls, flap actuator, seats with seat belts, door, engine frame, landing gear, brake system and battery holder already installed.
- Finished wings: tanks, tips, strobe light setup, flaps, ailerons and locking system.
- Tail section, with vertical rudder and horizontal tail mounted, with servo trim installed.
- Flight controls already adjusted.
- Composite parts included: engine cowling, tail and wing tips, windscreen fittings.
The aircraft in this delivery configuration can be registered as an ultralight in Germany and Italy at 600kg, and in France at 525kg. TRAIL has passed tests for a maximum take-off weight of 600kg.
Our kit comes to life
Depending on your registration and the maximum take-off weight of your aircraft, we can provide you with the appropriate certified parachute.
In addition, a range of accessories is available to make your TRAIL even more functional and customised, such as vortex generators, customised instrument panel and seats as per your preference. Last but not least, the transport frames, which are necessary to load the aircraft into trailer and transport it wherever you want to take off.
